Scope and Field of Application	An improved version of Release 1 Cooperative Awareness Service including: - Editorial corrections - Inclusion of exiting CRs to Release 1 document - Update of References to Release 2 documents. This first release 2 specification will allow the CAM facilities layer standard to be used with different security and lower layer technologies.
