Scope and Field of Application	This Work item will specify normative requirements for secure VNF identity management and trust relationships in NFV. The work item will specify how identities are securely lifecycle managed, verified and trusted. The work item will address both horizontal and vertical relationships. The work will leverage existing work in SEC 005, 007, 009, 012 and 013.
