Title	KPIs for Next Generation Protocols: Basis for measuring benefits of NGP
Scope and Field of Application	A set of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) which can be used to measure various properties of both Next Generation Protocols and existing protocols, and hence provide a comparison. The various properties shall include at least performance, security, scalability; and each property defined to ensure a fair comparison.
