Title	Emergency Communications (EMTEL); Core elements for network independent access to emergency services
Scope and Field of Application	The purpose of this work is to describe the architecture, the core elements and corresponding technical interfaces for network independent access to emergency services. Elements are: Border Control Function Emergency Service Routing Proxy Emergency Call Routing Function Public Safety Answering Point Legacy Network Gateway Location Information Service The described architecture is currently named Next Generation 112 architecture.
