Title	End to End Network Architectures (E2NA); Location of Transcoders for voice and video communications Location of Transcoders
Scope and Field of Application	Provides a review of standardization activities on the location of transcoders for voice and video communications inside and across networks. Identifies issues that are not addressed in current standards and provides recommendations to fill these gaps. Recommendations will be provided in the form of guidance to service providers or in the form of a suggested addition to existing standards.
