Acumos

                Partner in ENI Proof of Concepts

                Joint workshop with exchange of information aiming at convergence of architectural approaches (incl API)

                Use of ISG ENI architectural work and requirements to enhance Acumos work

                Take implementation feedback into account when developing Rel-2 of the ISG ENI specifications. In particular consider Acumos approach to knowledge engineering and AI algorithms, and their resulting architectural impact in the development of the ENI system architecture

 

 

 

Explore opportunities for interoperability between Acumos and OSM, mainly related to:

                AI applied to driving orchestration decisions, and

                Feeding of real-time network monitoring data to AI engine

 

Akraino

 

                Incorporation of the MEC APIs directly into the work of LF projects.

                Feedback via bug reports, feature requests etc. all through ETSI Forge. ISG MEC has created procedures to address these.

 

 

 

Explore opportunities for interoperability between Akraino and OSM as new type of infrastructure + VIM

 

OpenDaylight (ODL)

 

 

                OpenDaylight involvement as a partner in NFV Proofs of Concept

                Collaboration in:

-                 OpenDaylight using ISG NFV architecture and models as development guidelines for their implementation

-                 ISG NFV applying OpenDaylight (implementation) feedback in the evolution and maintenance of its specifications

 

Continue current interoperability validation activities in OSM over ODL NBI

 

ONAP

                Partner in ENI Proof of Concepts

                Joint workshop with exchange of information aiming at convergence of architectural approaches (incl API)

                Use of ISG ENI architectural work and requirements to enhance ONAP work

                Take implementation feedback into account when developing Rel-2 of the ISG ENI specifications. Specifically explore opportunities for alignment in system architecture and the APEX policy engine in particular

 

                Co-location/co-organization of interoperability events

                ONAP involvement as partner in NFV Proofs of Concept

                Joint workshops - Exchange of information aiming at getting ONAP implementations and ISG NFV specifications to converge

-                 OPNFV using ISG NFV testing specifications as guidelines for their testing practices.

-                 ISG NFV applying OPNFV feedback in the evolution and maintenance of its specifications.

Continue current OSM integration activities in OPNFV XCI and explore opportunities for extending testing to cover further orchestration cases

 

PNDA

                Partner in ENI Proof of Concepts

                Joint workshop with exchange of information aiming at convergence of architectural approaches (incl API)

                Use of ISG ENI architectural work and requirements to enhance PNDA work

                Take implementation feedback into account when developing Rel-2 of the ISG ENI specifications. In particular explore opportunities to reuse and re-purpose some PNDA tools to support more generic analytics and AI mechanisms
