Terms of reference

Organizational Partners and Market Representation Partners shall perform the following tasks:

• maintenance of the Partnership Project Agreement
• approval of applications for 3GPP partnership;
• taking decisions relating to the dissolution of 3GPP.

Contacts

There are no permanent officials for meetings of the Organization Partners. A Chairman and Secretary are provided by the Partner hosting the meeting on a case-by-case basis. Discussion takes place electronically between meetings.

The Market Representation Partners do not hold formal meetings although they do meet informally to co-ordinate their views.
