Instructions:

Please note that your registration for the meeting is mandatory prior to submitting your request for an invitation letter for visa purposes.

You may only request an invitation letter for meetings scheduled within the next 6 months. For meetings planned beyond that timeframe, please submit your request at the appropriate time.

This form should ONLY be filled in for meetings hosted by ETSI in the Nice/Sophia-Antipolis area. For other meetings, please contact the organiser. Information provided on the meeting invitation.

Note: The EU Entry/Exit System (EES) started to be operational on 12 October 2025. European countries using the EES will introduce the system gradually at their external borders. This means that data collection will be gradually introduced at border crossing points with full implementation by 10 April 2026.
