What is the difference between DPC and editHelp!?

Document Production Centre (DPC) is the name of the team providing the editing service.

editHelp! is the service provided by DPC to answer the rapporteurs', experts' and officers' questions about the drafting process, the status of the document, the handling of clean-ups, etc.

NOTE: editHelp@etsi.org is a common mailbox to which all Editors have access, while DPC@etsi.org is a mailing list. The message is sent to each individual mailbox of the team members.
