Guidelines for the presentation of STF/TTF activity
Copyright and confidentiality clauses
The following text is part of the contract for STF/TTF experts:
"ETSI owns the copyright to the text, graphics, figures, tables and other content of standards and other publications and software development resulting from work done by the experts under STF/TTF contract."
"The expert shall not make use of nor divulge to third parties any facts, information, knowledge, documents or other matters communicated to him/her during his/her participation to the STF/TTF, nor any result which is not available publicly or intended to become available publicly, even after the conclusion of the STF/TTF, without the preliminary explicit authorization of the ETSI Secretariat."
This page provides the necessary information on the process to obtain the preliminary authorization from ETSI to make publicly available material produced in the frame of the STF/TTF activity.
Reproduction of elements from ETSI documents (copyright notification)
Abstracts form ETSI documents (text and figures) may be reproduced in the context of articles, WEB pages, presentations, by adding the copyright notification and making explicit reference to ETSI, the TB, the STF/TTF and the funding source, if different from the ETSI budget (e.g. EC/EFTA, Members). If applicable (e.g. for articles), information about ETSI and funding partners must be added.

Publication of STF/TTF WEB pages on the ETSI Portal
The ETSI Secretariat provides the service to publish WEB pages with information on the STF/TTF activity.
Since these pages are accessible from the WEB, the content must be reviewed and endorsed by the TB Chairman, and approved by the ETSI Secretariat, prior to publication. The STF/TTF Leader will provide the content of the page to STF/TTFLINK. The ETSI Secretariat will publish the page after receiving the agreement of the TB Chairman.

- This is (an abstract from) a working document.
- This information is based upon STF/TTFxxx working assumptions. The views expressed do not necessarily represent the position of ETSI in this context.
