Patrick was, until March 2015 Senior Research Officer, responsible for the development of new standardisation initiatives and actively supported ETSI involvement in FP7/H2020 projects.
Patrick has 33 years of experience in ICT project management and 25 years in ICT standardisation. He is ETSI IoT Coordinator and is as well the standardisation coordinator of IoT in the IoT European Research Cluster (IERC) of the European Commission and Chair of the IoT Standardisation working group (WG3) of the Alliance for Internet Of Things Innovation (AIOTI www.aioti.eu). Patrick has actively participated in EU research projects related to IoT/RFID and created ETSI ISGs (ISI, LIS, LTN, OEU) and ETSI TC CLOUD. He was Software Engineering Teacher at CNAM (Nice University) for 14 years. He worked as CIO for the French Stock Exchange and for DEC (now HP) as Project Manager and consultant.
