Hakim Mkinsi
Technical Officer
Graduated from ISEN (Institut Supérieur de l'Électronique et du Numérique) with a MSc. Degree in Electronics and Information Technology and hold a Master’s Degree in Innovation Management from NC State University (USA). In 2011 Hakim started to work for Valeo in Germany and first got involved with ETSI through the ERM TG SRR – (Automotive and Surveillance Radar). Prior to joining ETSI in 2017 his responsibilities as an AFNOR Technical Officer included the support of committees in the field of Integrated Circuits, Connectors, Electric Cars and Medical Equipment. Currently Technical Officer at ETSI, Hakim supports TC ESI, TC NTECH, ISG QKD and ISG F5G.
