Scope and Field of Application	This work item intends to update TS 103 097 to allow the alternative use of IEEE 1609.2 implicit certificates as authorization tickets and to consider additional requirements and corrections on the specification of the secure data structures considering the needs of BSA use cases for ITS Release 2 and outcomes from the Revised TVRA.
