Scope and Field of Application	To develop a standard, providing requirements for the management of attribute and role certification services. The work can, for its structure and some of the contents, draw upon the earlier published TS 101 456. This task builds upon the results to be reported by a new work item Identification of requirements for certifying roles and attributes, which has been approved and will be started soon.
