Title	User Group (USER); User’s complaints on ICTs Review of the standardized parameters and national complaint observatories
Scope and Field of Application	The present document provides a list of parameters linked with users complaints on ICTs. Some parameters come from ETSI standards or guides. The others come from observatories defined by national authorities, companies or associations. The aim of the present document is to define a full view of the user’s complaints, with the aim to provide an update of the existing documents defining the user’s complaints.
