Title	Core Network and Interoperability Testing (INT); Network Digital Twin for Testing (NDT-T) Concept, Requirements and Use Cases
Scope and Field of Application	This TR defines the concepts, requirements, and use cases for a Network Digital Twin for Testing (NDT-T). It provides the foundational study for the NDT-T framework covering: concept analysis and motivation; requirements for deterministic, reproducible, and standards-based virtual representation of network functions; use cases for conformance and interoperability testing, functional and behavioral verification, automated-operations verification in closed loops, cross-vendor comparability, and support for autonomous network (AN) decision making.
