Scope and Field of Application |
Study of routing, incl. networking, addressing, and forwarding, in satellite networks based on large scale constellations (incl. LEO, MEO, HEO and GEO) for different reference scenarios. - Study of existing routing solutions, incl. networking, addressing and forwarding, and identify potential gaps. - Develop modifications to existing routing solutions whenever possible or devise new mechanisms to address potential routing and networking issues arising from the dynamic nature of satellite networks. - Evaluate potential solutions by developing test environment sandbox and platform to enable thorough verification of proposed solutions. |
