Experts attending sessions in the ETSI premises must comply with the French
Social Security regulations.
Experts from Companies based in France: copy of the Social Security
card for an employee or URSSAF declaration for self-employed consultants ("Attestation
d'inscription et de mise à jour des cotisations personnelles d'allocation
familiales"). This certificate can be obtained from the URSSAF where the
Company is registered: http://www.urssaf.fr/
Experts from Companies based in an EU country* or one of the following
countries: Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland: European Certificate of
Social Security coverage (e.g. "E101", "E102"), valid for the period of activity
in the STF.
The E101 certificate can be renewed "administratively" for a maximum period of two years.
The extension after this period is subject to the mutual agreement between the
two countries. If the extension of the E101 cannot be granted, then the
expert must be affiliated to the French Social Security system, at the charge of
his/her Company.
Companies based in one of the countries which has a bilateral agreement with
the French Social Security: specific form as required by the relevant
International Agreement.
