Registration
on line (username + password required) In order to register on-line, find the meeting you want to register to from the Meeting Calendar and click on the meeting's name. You will then arrive on a page where on-line registration is possible. |

Meeting
documents (username + password required) Look for the meeting that interest you from the meeting calendar and click on the meeting's name. You will then arrive on this very meeting's webpage where a link to the meeting documents is provided. |

Automatic
Document Numbering (or ADN) (username + password required) Some Technical bodies use the ETSI ADN application to allocate numbers to contributions. Look for the meeting that interest you from the meeting calendar and click on the meeting's name. You will then arrive on this very meeting's webpage where a link to ADN is provided. Click on this link to use the ADN and follow the instructions. |

Meeting
Management (username + password required) This section is meant for chairmen, Technical Officers and Technical Officers' assistants only. It allows them to request the meeting support team to create a meeting and book rooms for it. |

Rooms
allocated for meetings (username + password required) This feature (situated on top of the page after clicking on above link) allow you to choose a particular date and to see which rooms have been allocated for this date. Please note that you can also find out which rooms have been allocated for a particular meeting using the meeting calendar. Indeed clicking on the meeting's link will take you to all details concerning this meeting. |
